Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase, and we will guide you through the process to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that the product will need to be returned in its original condition, and return shipping costs may apply.
 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives looking like it had a rough night — damaged, defective, or missing something — let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@freshscentpopins.com with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll make it right.
Timing Matters
Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 7 days of receiving your goodies. After that, we assume you’re happily vacuuming, sniffing, or seducing.
